All UK orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with tracked delivery to your door or local collection point. We are a UK-based company and there are a number of national Bank Holidays throughout the year. Should your order be placed over a Bank Holiday, your items will be dispatched the following working day. While we always strive to deliver your order on time, Bank Holidays may cause a delay in the dispatch and arrival of your purchase. Royal Mail Delivery Options

We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 deliveries on the day of ordering, if placed before 7pm Monday to Friday and all Special Delivery orders on the day of ordering if placed before 6pm Monday to Friday. After these times your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that these parcels take between 1 to 4 working days to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order. All orders placed after 7pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day the following week. *Delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on the Royal Mail.

To keep you informed on the progress of your delivery, you will receive SMS / email updates from Royal Mail as your package makes its way to you. These alerts are automatically sent by Royal Mail and won't be seen by anyone other than the recipient. 

Please use your tracking code on the Royal Mail website to view the shipping progress of your order. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Delivery takes 1 working longer to the following locations: 

Scottish Highlands: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56. FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39. KW1-14, PA21-33. PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42

 

DPD Delivery Options

DPD Choose Delivery Day- Order before 5pm ( Mon - Fri ) for guaranteed delivery on your pre-selected day

You will be given a 1 hour delivery window, which can be rearranged to suit you. Information on how to do this can be found on your text message/email notifications from DPD. Or alternatively, contact our Customer Care team.

DPD Express - Order before 5pm ( Mon - Fri ) for guaranteed next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

DPD Express delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on either weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

DPD Saturday / Sunday Delivery - Orders placed before 5 pm (Mon - Fri) will be delivered the following weekend. Any orders made after 5 pm Friday will be dispatched for the weekend a week later.

If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD on Saturday, the delivery will be re-attempted Sunday.  If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD on Sunday, the delivery will be re-attempted the next working day.

 

Service only available Mon - Fri.

DPD Freight - Orders placed before 4pm (Mon - Fri) for dispatch the same day. Delivery will be made in one working day. This does not include weekends / bank holidays. 

DPD Freight Sat / Sun - Order before 4pm (Mon - Fri) for dispatch the following Friday. Delivery will be made on the day of your choice. Charges may apply.

DPD will contact you directly via SMS / email to arrange a delivery window.

If multiple items are included in the delivery, we will attempt to send out in one package. However if this is not possible, we will dispatch the additional goods in a separate parcel on another delivery service. No extra charge will be made. 

*DPD freight is only available on selected high value products.

*Should the delivery address not be on the ground floor, we advise that you contact our Customer Care Department prior to ordering, to discuss delivery.

DPD delivery services have limited availability in the below postcodes.

You may place an order using DPD as your delivery service if you live in the below postcodes. However please note if you live in one of the below postcodes an alternative delivery option will be automatically assigned by DPD. We have no control over what alternative delivery service is assigned.

 Discreet Billing and Packaging

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging i.e. plain brown boxes or padded envelopes for smaller items. The name Luvhut will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging. Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name ‘Nagook Ltd'. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown to the right and will include a small returns address label with our 'Nagook Ltd' headquarters on.

 

 The Republic Of Ireland Delivery Options

Delivery to the Republic Of Ireland costs £5.99. This will take an esitmated 3-5 working days to arrive, customs clearance depandant.

Please note that European orders under the value of £40 will not be sent by tracked delivery. Any orders over £40 will be sent by tracked delivery.

 

European Orders - £7.99 Per Order

Each item sent to any EU country will be charged at £7.99 (per order). European orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.

USA and Worldwide Orders - £9.99 Per Order

Each item sent to anywhere outside the EU will be charged at £9.99 (per order). USA and Worldwide orders usually arrive within 10 to 15 working days.

Please note that International orders under the value of £40 will not be sent by tracked delivery. Any orders over £40 will be sent by tracked delivery.

Please note that we are currently unable to offer shipping to the state of California in the USA.

Import Duties & Taxes

If you order products from Luvhut for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are applied when your order reaches the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and the amount cannot be predicted.
